01Is it worth repairing an old roof?
Sometimes, when the repair buys enough time to justify the money. What you should not accept is a repair sold without anybody saying how long it is expected to hold.
02Why is the stain not under the leak?
Water travels along the deck and the rafters before it finds somewhere to fall. The entry point is usually uphill of the mark you can see.
03Will you repair a roof somebody else put on?
Yes. What we will not do is repair a roof we think is beyond repairing without telling you that first.
